I feel disappointed to your Berjaya Group. I wanted to ask that did your company make the QC for each product before sell to public? Did your management study the product before sell to public? If yes, how can this happened to us?I & my brother purchase CV6 & CM8 in the same time when Deputy Prime Minister, YAB Dato Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak on 19th January, 2009. We feel confidence to your product when YAB Dato Sri Mohd Najib do the lauching, but now I feel very disappointed to your Berjaya Group.
We collect our car car on April & May but each car we sent more than 20 times to your workshop at PJ. The problem still cant solve the problem. We give alot changes & time to yours. We also leave our car at your workshop few day & few day but until the end what we get? NOTHING…How can the same problem came out for 4 times but still cant solve? The funny is we have make the complain to Mr Gun (Senior Manager) & he answer is “he also dont know what can do”…Is that the answers to the customer? If any happend to us “WHO WILL TAKE THE RESPONSEBLE”?
I will have make the complain to KPDNKK & cc to YAB Dato Sri Mohd Najib
